        Shandong Jinrui Shipbuilding Co., Ltd., was established in 2017. The company currently operates two modern production facilities, totaling 25, 919.4 square meters. The first facility, located in Zhangyin Village (Caterpillar Industrial Park) in Mihe Town, Qingzhou City, covers 13, 919.4 square meters. The second facility, located in the Mihe Intelligent Manufacturing Science and Technology Innovation Industrial Park, covers 12, 000 square meters. These two facilities, with clear divisions of labor and collaborative operations, form a robust production and operations system.

       After years of steady development, the company has built strong capabilities, with annual output value continuing to climb. By 2025, the company's current output value has reached 100 millones RMB. Our products are sold well both domestically and internationally, with a leading market share in the industry, and our brand awareness and reputation are constantly growing.

     In the field of shipbuilding, the company produces a wide variety of ship types with excellent performance. These include engineering vessels such as cutter suction dredgers, silt removal vessels, sand pumping vessels, dredging vessels, gold mining vessels, pontoons, work boats, and large mineral processing vessels. Since its inception, the company has strictly followed a systematic and standardized management system, and passed the QESEn management system certification in September 2024. In November, it successfully passed the production condition assessment of ship manufacturing enterprises and obtained the third-level Class III steel general shipbuilding qualification. It maintains long-term cooperative relations with various scientific research institutes, waterway bureaus, and ship design units.

   The company's factory is scientifically and rationally planned, divided into areas for material storage, pre-processing, unloading, scrap, machining, inspection, finished product, welding, outfitting, painting, finished product, rigging storage, welding equipment, and forklifts. The spacious production workshop is equipped with advanced shipbuilding equipment, from high-precision laser cutting equipment to intelligent welding devices, ensuring efficient and high-quality shipbuilding. The slipway can accommodate the simultaneous construction of multiple vessels of different types and is equipped with a suitable launching test pool, significantly improving production efficiency. A comprehensive and efficient management structure plays a crucial role in the company's operations. The company currently adopts a hierarchical management model. The decision-making level is composed of experienced executives who make key decisions based on market trends and the company's strategic plan, guiding the company's development. Clear responsibilities and collaborative work across management departments ensure smooth operations. Frontline employees at the executive level are guided by clear work processes and standards, efficiently completing all production tasks.

   In terms of staff size, the company always considers its employees its most valuable asset, attaches great importance to technological research and development, and actively recruits industry professionals to form a professional team covering multiple fields such as ship design, construction technology, and quality control. Currently, it has over 150 employees, including 5 chief engineers, 10 professional technicians, 5 professional inspectors, and 10 professional electricians.  

    Our equipment has been successfully exported to numerous countries, including Australia, Brunei, Nigeria, Kazakhstan, Pakistan, Chad, Argentina, Guyana, Mongolia, Bangladesh, Uganda, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Cameroon, and Hungary.
